The Grove Mall is the largest shopping mall in Namibia and boasts with a large number of shops and ammenities. The mall in the Kleine Kuppe suburbs of Windhoek is owned and by Atterbury and operated by the Safland Property Group.

Initial developments started in 2010 with construction only commencing in 2012. Full completion was reached in early 2015 with construction costs standing at a total of N$920 000 000.
