The Auas Hills Retirement Village is a complex on the outskirts of Windhoek consisting of a number of multi-storey building and several houses. It hosts a variety of accommodation options for the elderly and boasts with a range of services and ammenities.

Initial development started in 2012 with construction starting in 2013. Completion was reached late 2015 and the total construction costs stood at

N$215 000 000.
